Patrick Troy found guilty of filming up women's skirts

Patrick Troy mysteriously resigned as CEO of the British Parking Association (BPA) in February. This report from the Telegraph sheds more light on the situation.

On Monday Patrick Troy was found guilty of filming up women's skirts, which he supposed he did for sexual gratification.

He was fined £85, or £15 below the limit of a parking charge issued by the BPA.

Prankster Notes

Although Patrick has lost his job, he may be able to get work at the Indecent Photography Club.

The Prankster notes this is not the only report of sexual deviancy in the Parking Industry. One of the original directors of one of the biggest parking companys also left under a sudden cloud. An account by an employee provided to The Prankster states he was in the running for a sexual harassment case on account of his lewd behaviour towards women. The information is that a late call for a female to go to his office would result in her finding herself in the embarrassing situation of facing the director, sans pants, possibly pleasuring himself. The information has apparently been backed up by a number of ladies**.

  5. Is this how the name 'Trouserfire' had its origin? I think we should be told.

  6. Don't forget the 18 week sentence suspended for a year.
"This offence is so serious custody is the only option, due to harm and risk," added Mr Newgas. "A suspended sentence is serious. If you commit an offence within twenty-four months the sentence could be reactivated. You are on a warning and quite lucky to not be in prison."

  7. Perhaps he'll start his own private parking company so he can rub shoulders with like-minded people.

  8. I've asked the bpa on twitter for their comment and also to comment on the fact this fine for a serious sexual offence is less than PPC's claim off motorists.

I've not seen a response yet.

    1. It's not a fine, it's a speculative invoice!

  11. It’s a shame the rest of the BPA LIMITED didn’t resign as well: maybe then the DVAL wouldn’t have anywhere to suggest where to send a complaint and would have to start playing fair and earn the 10 million their making selling our details to the cowboys

    1. Perhaps not, but we all take a perverted pleasure in rejoicing in his perverted pleasure.

  13. He didn't get Fined - that was simply the costs. He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, and will have that hanging over him for 24 months.

He'll never work again, unless he finds a company as helpful and understanding as mine. And with his attitude to the truth, i think we'll be surprised by where he pops up next.

  17. He should have pleaded Not Guilty, and got me to defend him.

I would have made a case that he was simply collecting material for a wildlife documentary on Urban Beavers.

  18. Dear Mr Troy
I was trolling through the parking prankster blogs today and came across the story about you. This must have been a terrible ordeal for you. To receive a two years suspened prison sentence and made subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and lose your job at the BPA must have been very upsetting for you.

All is not lost Mr Troy. Please may I offer you a job at the IPC.

Yours Faithfully and a friend for ever and ever
    Mr William Hurley
