CP Plus are issuing penalty tickets at the retail park opposite the Jaguar Landrover plant in Halewood Liverpool.

    The fastidious vandal is becoming more brazen. Note how sticker removal no longer appeases the vandal and now the vandalism has escalated to airbrushing the BPA Ltd logo from the signage.

    Has to be a fully costed GPEOL then.
    Would like to see their calculations for that one.
