BPA discuss whether to follow the IPC's lead in their code of practice.

At a recent meeting (17 September 2013) of the AOS standards Advisory Panel, the BPA discussed possible changes to their code of practice.

A new code is scheduled to come out in December 2013, so we will shortly see what changes have been made.

One item on the agenda was whether to follow the IPC's lead in introducing a grace period when new sites are commissioned or when terms and conditions are changed.

The Prankster commends Steve Clark of the BPA for putting this item on the agenda, and eagerly awaits a view of the new code of practice to see whether the BPA members voted:

a) To play fair with the motorist
b) To keep their snouts in the trough

Roll on the new version of the code of practice.
