This facebook post says it all.
Sadly some parking companies are not able to provide a proper balanced parking service. Indiscriminate ticketing is bound to hurt the businesses served by the car park, and the introduction of new parking rules should not be seen as the chance for a feeding frenzy.
It is possible to strike the right balance between landowners, operators and motorists, but MPS obviously did not.
MPS began operations on 3 May 2017.

DeleteEh, firstly that makes no sense in relation to this story, and secondly NtKs are used when ANPR isn't used, try reading the requirements of PoFA.
Deletethe timespan ia to short for a ticket "on the car" events to have applied to the DVLA for details
DeleteWell to get cheesed off in three weeks it's likely it's not ANPR, even if it is they can still get keepers details as they had a contract in force at the time.
DeleteAnd then watch for the court cases against the motorists they have ticketed.
