ParkingEye lose in court - genuine customer

ParkingEye v Ms X, 10/07/2014, Birmingham. Judge ruled defendant was a genuine customer.

This case concerned the car park at the Marsdon Pub at Merry Hill. The car park is a pay and display, with a refund if you spend at least £2 in the pub. Ms X attended a Christmas party at the pub. The judge therefore ruled that she was a genuine customer. As she had spent more than £2 no loss occurred to the landowner.

The defendant used The Prankster website and guides to prepare for the case.
