Picture of the week. Bollards? What bollards?

In Romania, bothering about bollards is optional.


Luckily the bollard makers know this, so they bend out of the way if a careless motorist accidentally parks on them.

The Prankster spotted this fine example of parking on his way back from a meal, where incidentally a whole wheelbarrow of food costs just £12.

    If you think Romanians are bad, you should watch Russian drivers. And if you think they are bad, well, in joint 1st place the Chinese and Indians...

    I lived in Russia and Ukraine for about 8 years, I drove there only once, never again, the metro works fine ;) my advice is never drive there.
