Luckily the bollard makers know this, so they bend out of the way if a careless motorist accidentally parks on them.
The Prankster spotted this fine example of parking on his way back from a meal, where incidentally a whole wheelbarrow of food costs just £12.

ReplyDeleteI lived in Russia and Ukraine for about 8 years, I drove there only once, never again, the metro works fine ;) my advice is never drive there.
