Schwartz/Scwarts? Were you taken to court by Civil Enforcement Limited or Debt Enforcement and Action Limited?

    I see he is described as a "crime freelance consultant". So why on earth is he fiddling around with tin-pot parking tickets when it's not is area of expertise? Times must be hard for him.

    I sent a letter to the county court questioning the validity of Shwars' credentials. Today I received a copy of DEAL's DQ from the court, along with a copy of a letter sent by the district judge to DEAL which asks them "can you please confirm the name of the firm employing the person who has signed the claimant for-this is not stated". I will update with any reply.

    Hi,

    I am hoping someone can help me.
    I have got a CCJ from court against me as the letters were previously sent to the wrong address. These are issued by Civil Enforecement Ltd but they do not answer or call back.

    It is signed by Michael Schwartz but does not give me any details around the claim. The carpark in judgement no longer exists and there is no way to verify if the claim is legit or validate if signage was correct.
    as the letters were sent to the wrong address, I have to pay £155 to court to "set judgement aside". I am hoping to fight this in court. Has anyone every been to court against these guys and what was the judgement?
